Shipping & Return
For HK-local orders:
Customers can enjoy free shipping with net purchase amount (after discounts) over HKD 300, otherwise, an extra shipping fee of HKD 30 will be collected when payment is made.
For Overseas order:

Local delivery area:
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories, except remote areas & outlying islands, Hong Kong International Airport, Ma Wan, Tai O, etc.)
Items will be sent within 3-4 working days through SF Express for HK-local orders and global shipping for overseas order.

All items are non-refundable after payment has been made, but customer could request for exchange of product within 30 days since they have received the products.
Please make sure the product(s) meets the requirements of below :-
- Effective receipt or email confirmation is needed for product exchange.
- Products can be exchanged provided that the product(s) is in original condition with complete packaging.
- Customer shall be responded for the delivery fees caused by product exchange.
